How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Snowblast Arena account and associated data, please contact us by email:
Please include the following information in your request:
- The app name: Snowblast Arena
- Your player name or player ID, if available
- The sign-in method you used, for example Guest, Google Play Games, or Apple Sign-In
- A clear statement that you want your Snowblast Arena account and associated data deleted
What data will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your Snowblast Arena profile, including:
- Account identifier used by the game
- Player profile data
- Display name or player alias
- Avatar selection
- Cloud save data
- Game progress
- Stage progress
- In-game resources such as coins, crystals, and energy
- Inventory, buffs, match records, and gameplay statistics stored in cloud services
What data may be kept
Some data may be kept for a limited time if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform integrity. We may also keep data that is not linked to an identifiable user, such as aggregated technical or diagnostic information.
Retention period

Deleting local data
You can also delete local game data from your device by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data in your device settings. This does not automatically delete cloud data linked to your account, so please contact us using the email above if you want cloud data deleted.
