You can request deletion without having the game installed. Email
What to include
- The game name: Snowblast Arena, Minesweeper Champions Edition or Kabuki Storm Ninja Legend.
- Your platform (iOS or Android), player ID or nickname if known, and sign-in provider if used.
- Whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific data.
We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Do not send your password, authentication token or payment card details. We aim to handle verified requests within 30 days; we will explain if additional time or information is required.
Snowblast Arena
Open your profile/account window, choose Delete Account and Data, and confirm. Where supported, this starts deletion of the linked cloud profile and authentication account. If the action is unavailable, fails or you no longer have the app, use the email option above. Signing out is different from deleting an account.
Minesweeper Champions Edition
In versions with permanent account deletion, open Account, choose Delete, press Delete again to confirm, and complete the sign-in verification. Wait for the confirmation that your account and cloud records were deleted. This removes the linked Firebase authentication account, cloud profile, associated leaderboard entries, reports made by or about the account, active restrictions and associated moderation log entries; Apple sign-in access is revoked when applicable. Older versions may only clear local sign-in information. If the deletion option is unavailable, fails, or you no longer have the app, use the email request above. Removing the app or signing out does not delete your cloud account.
For the server-issued game service, temporary identifier-based deletion markers remain for approximately 24 hours, plus cleanup time, to stop old sign-in tokens from recreating data. Match records expire after 24 hours; scheduled cleanup runs every 15 minutes in bounded batches and may take longer during outages or backlogs. See the Minesweeper Privacy Policy for more detail.
Kabuki Storm Ninja Legend
The game does not require a player account. Campaign saves and preferences are local; reset/remove local game data using the available game/device options. No Ads ownership belongs to your app-store account and is managed by Apple or Google. Optional analytics, crash-reporting and advertising data already sent may require a provider-specific request; contact us for help identifying the relevant installation.
What is deleted or retained
For a verified cloud account request, we delete or anonymize the associated profile, cloud progress and identifiable leaderboard entries as applicable. Deletion may prevent recovery of progress. Necessary transaction, security or legal records may be retained where required; provider backups and logs can take longer to expire. App-store purchase history and Google/Apple accounts are controlled by those providers and are not deleted by a game-account request.

Account deletion also removes push notification subscriptions, pending events and sending limits on our server. You can disable optional notifications separately in the game settings.
