Magic Memory Trainer
Privacy Policy

The current policy is always available at piratesnevertalk.com/magic-memory-trainer-privacy-policy. This policy covers the game; website browsing is covered by our separate website privacy policy.
Who we are and how to contact us
This policy explains how Magic Memory Trainer, published by Aleksei Opokin under Pirates Never Talk, handles information. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact piratesnevertalk@gmail.com. Include the game name and platform. Do not send passwords, payment card details or complete purchase receipts by email.
Local game information
The game stores progress, crystals, unlocked purchase entitlements, records, card-back choices, language and other settings on your device. The game does not require an account or a postal address and does not include player messaging or a search-history feature. Local progress is not synchronized by the game between devices. Device or store backup services may separately retain local information according to your settings.
Advertising
The game uses Appodeal and mediated advertising networks to provide ads, including rewarded videos. Advertising services can process an IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, advertising or other device identifiers where permitted, device and application characteristics, ad impressions, clicks, video views, diagnostic and performance information, and consent choices. Purposes include displaying and measuring ads, preventing fraud, maintaining service quality and, where allowed by your choices, personalizing advertising. The available partners and formats can differ by platform, region and game version. We do not request precise device location for gameplay.
Appodeal handles the advertising consent flow when required. In versions with a Privacy & data screen, Advertising privacy settings opens the provider's available choices. On iOS, tracking permission is also controlled through Apple's system prompt and device settings. Declining tracking does not prevent playing the game. Optional video rewards still require an available ad and are separate from tracking permission.
Optional Firebase analytics
Versions with a Usage analytics switch start this optional collection disabled until you enable it. When enabled, Google Firebase Analytics receives game events such as the selected mode, session and level outcomes, reward and ad outcomes, and purchase events, together with app-instance identifiers and device/application information. This helps us understand how features are used and improve game balance and reliability. The current integration keeps Firebase advertising storage, advertising user-data consent and ad personalization disabled independently of this switch. Advertising services have their own separate data processing and consent settings.
Optional Firebase crash reports
Versions with a Crash reports switch start optional Firebase Crashlytics collection disabled until you enable it. Reports can include errors, stack traces, app and operating-system versions, device characteristics, installation identifiers and diagnostic context such as the mode and phase of play. These reports help diagnose failures. Disabling collection may require an app restart to take full effect. Turning a switch off does not delete reports already transmitted.
These switches control the game's optional Firebase integration. Advertising SDKs can process their own technical diagnostics separately. Older releases may not offer the same controls; available settings depend on the version installed.
Purchases
Optional crystal and capacity purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play through Unity In-App Purchasing. Store product IDs and purchase, receipt and entitlement information are handled to deliver, verify or restore purchases. The game does not receive payment card details. When optional usage analytics is enabled, purchase events can also be sent to Firebase Analytics. Restoring eligible store purchases is separate from restoring local game progress; consumable crystals are not a promise of cross-device saves.
Notification permission
The current iOS integration may ask permission to display alerts, badges and sounds after the advertising consent flow. Notification permission is separate from tracking and optional analytics. The current game code does not register for remote push notifications. You can change notification permission in your device settings; declining it does not prevent gameplay.
Service providers
- Appodeal and its advertising partners
- Google Firebase
- Unity
- Google and Apple for their platform and store services
Provider processing and retention follow the applicable service settings and policies. Information may be processed outside your country under applicable safeguards.
Retention, deletion and support
Local progress and settings remain until removed or reset; device backups may retain copies. Information already sent to providers is retained according to their configured retention periods and applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact above and the providers' privacy options. Anonymous installation data may require an installation identifier or other information to locate; an email address alone may not identify it. Removing the app does not automatically delete information already sent to providers. If you contact support, we use the information you voluntarily send to answer and handle your request.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use the game's Privacy & data controls and your device's privacy settings, or contact us at the email above. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already took place. You may also contact the data protection authority responsible for your region. We may need proportionate information to verify and locate a request; do not send sensitive identity documents unless a secure process has been agreed.
Children and family devices
The game does not require a child to provide a name, email address or social-media account to play. Advertising partners may still process device and advertising information as described above. Parents and guardians can manage purchases, tracking and notification permissions through platform controls. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and handle any deletion request with the relevant providers. A store age rating does not replace any consent required by local law.
Changes
We update this policy when the game's processing changes and revise the date above. Material changes that require new consent will be handled through the relevant consent flow. This page is the current policy for Magic Memory Trainer.
